Teddley’s lovely gift cards can be used to either pay part or the totality of an order placed on our website. If your order is less than the value of a gift card, the remaining balance will be credited to you. If your order is worth more than the value of the gift card, the remaining balance can be settled using another payment method. You are free to use more than one gift card in a single purchase and you are free to use them together with promotional codes. Moreover, payment in full or in part using our gift cards gives you the right for free UK standard delivery on purchases above £60.

If you want us to send an online gift card to someone else’s email address, please make sure that your recipient has received it! Be aware that online gift cards may sometimes get caught in spam filters and firewalls. Following their delivery as instructed by you, please remember that we cannot be held liable for gift cards getting lost, stolen, deleted or used by somebody else other than your recipient. Our online gift card codes are set to remain active for a period of 2 years starting at the date of purchase.
