> How do you secure speedy & hassle free deliveries?

Even during high season, we work to ensure proper stock availability and to process your order within one working day and no more that two working days following your order confirmation. We guarantee free follow-up delivery in the unlikely event that parts of your order is delayed. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a dispatch confirmation in accordance with the chosen delivery method you selected at the time of checkout. This email will give you an estimated date when you are likely to receive your items and will explain you how to track your delivery. Please see below for our range of flexible and secure delivery options for you to determine which one suits you best.

> Where can I be delivered?

Our delivery services are covering UK mainland and non-mainland postal areas. We have also expanded to a number of countries outside the UK. Please note that delivery delays may apply within the UK to some postal areas within Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Isle of Scilly. Please note that we reserve the right to withhold the delivery of an order to an address which is not deemed secure. This may include certain multi-occupied or post-office addresses. In the latter case, we will contact you at the earliest to change the delivery address.

> Can I use an alternative address for delivery?

If you wish to receive your delivery somewhere else than your billing or home address, simply click on the “alternative address” button at the time of checkout. You will then be given the option to fill in the details of a new address for your order delivery.

> Which UK delivery options can I choose from?

Please note that if you place your order before 13pm on weekdays, (excluding Public and Bank Holidays), your order is likely to be dispatched on the same day. If you place your order after 13:30pm on a week day (excluding Public and Bank Holidays), your order is likely to be dispatched on the next working day. Please be aware that UK non-mainland addresses may incur a slight delay in delivery.

Standard Delivery (for orders weighting up to 4.4lbs/2kg) – Receive your order to a UK address within an estimated 2-3 days, excluding Sunday and Public or Bank Holidays.

  • For orders up to £59.99 in value, our standard UK delivery fee is available for £3.65.
  • For orders equal or above £60 in value, our standard UK delivery is free of charge.
  • Free delivery over £60 in value is available on orders weighting up to 2kg.
  • Includes tracking in progress and delivery updates.

Express Delivery (for orders weighting up to 4.4lbs/2kg)  – Receive your order to a UK address within the next day of placing your order provided that the next day is not a Public or Bank Holiday.

  • For orders up to 4.4lbs/2kg in weight, the standard UK delivery fee is available for £4.49.
  • Get free Express UK delivery on your next order weighting up to 4.4lbs/2kg when your first order is equal or above £120 in value.
  • Includes tracking in progress and delivery updates.

> What if my order exceeds the 4.4lbs/2kg UK delivery weight limit?

For orders above the maximum weight limit, please expect your items to be send over in multiple parcels. Any additional delivery costs will automatically show up on your cart page.

Those are computed on the basis of the number of parcels needed to deliver your total order. Please note that our free UK delivery offer is available on orders up to 4.4lbs/2kg.

> Do you deliver abroad?

We are happy to offer a number of delivery options outside the UK. Please be aware that while our prices are fully inclusive of EU member states value added taxes, orders delivered outside the EU may be subject to import charges. Please note that we do not have control over and cannot predict import duties. Please note that it is therefore the recipient of the items who is held responsible for customs requirements and for the payment of any related charges. Accordingly, we encourage you to check your country’s regulations before placing an order. When ordering to a non-EU delivery address, please note that the price you pay for the items and delivery services will be the one indicated at the time of the purchase and will remain the same. This is regardless of whether or not UK/EU VAT is chargeable on the sale. For bulk orders, you may wish to consider using the services of an export specialist. If this is the case, please contact us before placing an order on our website.

ROI, France & Germany Delivery – This service is available for deliveries to addresses within the Republic of Ireland, mainland France and Germany. It is available from Monday to Friday, excluding UK public and bank holidays. Please count between 3 to 4 days for receipt.

  • Standard rate of £11.45 on any orders equal or below 1,5kg.
  • This is a tracked & signed delivery service.

Rest of Europe Delivery – This delivery service is available from Monday to Friday, excluding UK public and bank holidays. Please count between 4 to 8 working days for receipt.

  • Standard rate of £11.45 on any orders equal or below 1,5kg.
  • This delivery service is currently offered to the following countries only: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Iceland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.
  • This is a tracked & signed for on receipt delivery service.

Rest of the World Delivery – This delivery service is available from Monday to Friday, excluding UK public and bank holidays. It is currently made available to deliveries to Canada & the United States. Please count between 7 to 10 working days for your order delivery.

  • Standard rate of £12.35 on any orders equal or below 1kg.
  • This is a tracked & signed delivery service.

> How can I track & be notified of my delivery?

We will notify you by email of any information regarding order processing and despatch. For tracked orders, your dispatch confirmation email will include a tracking number and a link for you to follow the status of your delivery online. Please be aware that your tracking information may need some time to be uploaded on the system of our partner courier company and may not be available at the time you receive your dispatch confirmation.

> What is your returns & exchange policy?

You can freely amend or cancel your order up to the time of receipt of your order confirmation. For this, please contact our Customer Care department with your name and order number. Shall you wish to exchange or get a refund on your items following the receipt of your order confirmation email, you will most likely have to follow our returns procedure. We will happily accept the items back within 30 days from the day of receipt. Please contact our Customer Care department with your request and they will share with you a return forms to be included together with the repacked items. While returning the items, please make sure they are in original condition, undamaged, unwashed and unworn. Please note that returned items must include undamaged labels, tags and packaging. Unless faulty, gift wrapping and personalised items shall normally not qualify for returns. We strongly advise you to opt for tracked or signed for delivery services as they give you a proof of purchase and ensure sufficient postal insurance against damages or losses. Postal charges incurred in returning any faulty, not as described or wrong item will be refunded to you at our standard signed for delivery charges. Once we receive your items back, we aim to process a refund within 3 working days. Subject to stock availability we aim to despatch any exchanges within 2 working days of receiving the returned items. > Do you need help with your delivery?

From the time you place your order to any enquiries you may have on the delivery process, we are here for you! In case of a wrong order delivery, if your parcel has been damaged in transit or if the delivery is overdue, please let us know. Our Customer Care department will share this immediately with our partner courier company.
